Veterans Fight to Keep Mojave Cross Memorial

Congressman warning reported by Raymond Arroyo:

The U.S. Supreme Court on Wednesday heard arguments in a case concerning whether a cross on federal park land in California which memorializes World War I veterans violates the U.S. Constitution. One congressman warned that the case could have an enormous “ripple effect” on memorials across the country including Arlington Cemetery.

  1. What we see happening is more than that os “separation of church and state issue.” What is happening to the Mojave Desert Memorial is an afront to the Almighty in this nation. This nation has turned its back on the God that has blessed and protected this nation through WWI, WWII, Korea, Granada, Vietnam, Iraq, and now, Afghanistan.
This is more than a “Legal issue” it is a “spiritual battle” for the very soul of this nation. The ACLU has exceeded the common decency of mankind to notice, worship, observe one of the richest heritages our nation enjoys and that is our “religious heirtage.” God help this nation of “civil minded, rational thinking, spiritually minded people” to rise up and stop this assualt on one of our most cherished rights and freedoms; religion and the worhsip of the Almighty.

  2. Considering how long it’s been up, it’s now a historical landmark, even though it’s a religious symbol. There are more important issues to deal with these days.
